Each unit includes central heat and air, mini blinds, a range, refrigerator, and washer/dryer hook-ups. The community also provides a coin-operated laundry facility for convenience. Historic Community Building: The Office and Community Building at Tanglewood Apartments was once the home of Doctor Smith, built in 1903. It now offers residents a spacious community room, dining room, full kitchen, and computer room with free internet access. The Site Manager is available for computer assistance upon request. Eligibility and Rent: Tanglewood Apartments are exclusively reserved for individuals aged 62 or older, with one specially designed unit for those with mobility impairments.
