Rent is calculated based on gross income after deducting healthcare costs such as health insurance premiums, prescription medication expenses, and monthly hospital payments. Features and Benefits: Our senior housing complex offers several features and benefits to ensure a convenient and enjoyable living experience for our residents. We take care of maintenance, lawn care, and utility expenses, alleviating any additional responsibilities. On-site management and laundry facilities are available for your convenience. Each home is equipped with an emergency buzzer, providing an added layer of safety and security. Furthermore, you'll have access to plenty of free parking and the opportunity to forge new friendships through our planned activities. Application Process: When applying for residency, please bring the following documents: Social Security Card, Driver's License, the last six bank statements, the current statement from Social Security displaying benefits, and a pharmacy print-out for the last twelve months. Additionally, please provide a statement from your health insurance company indicating your monthly payment. Accessible Units: We have a variety of units available to accommodate different needs, including one-bedroom and zero-bedroom apartments. These units include 2502-A, 2502-B, 2504-E, 2504-F, 2506-E, 2506-F, 2508-A, and 2508-B. All gas and electric expenses are covered by the housing complex.
