Developed through a successful partnership between the Las Palmas Foundation and Global Premier Development, this project offers high-quality housing options for individuals with limited incomes. With a total of 69 units spread across 4.64 acres, Manzanilla Terrace provides a secure and affordable living environment for its residents. Spacious and Affordable Units for Families At Manzanilla Terrace, we prioritize the comfort and well-being of our residents. We offer 68 low-income apartments that are subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Our units range from 2 to 4 bedrooms, each featuring two bathrooms. These spacious interiors are designed to fulfill the needs of families seeking affordable housing options. Central heating and air ensure a comfortable living experience, while the inclusion of washer/dryer hook-ups, energy-efficient appliances, and free Wi-Fi further enhances convenience. A Variety of Amenities to Enhance Quality of Life We are proud to present an array of amenities that contribute to a fulfilling lifestyle for our residents. Manzanilla Terrace boasts a sparkling swimming pool – perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. For the little ones, a playground is available, ensuring endless fun and laughter. Families can also enjoy picnics in our designated picnic area, while the laundry facility room simplifies the chore of washing clothes. By creating 8 two-story apartment buildings and a central recreation building, we have carefully constructed a pleasant and welcoming environment for our residents. Moreover, our on-site management office ensures efficient and reliable support for any inquiries or assistance that our residents may require. Office hours are available from Monday to Friday, with two time slots: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. At Manzanilla Terrace, we are committed to serving our residents and providing them with safe, sustainable, and comfortable homes.
