Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Helping Butte County Residents Secure Affordable Housing At HACB, our mission is to assist low and moderate income residents of Butte County in finding and maintaining high-quality affordable housing options. We understand the importance of safe and comfortable homes for families, seniors, and disabled individuals. Subsidized Housing for Eligible Individuals We offer subsidized housing to families, seniors, and disabled individuals whose income falls between 50% and 80% of the median area income. This program is designed to make housing more affordable for those who need it most. Thanks to the generous funding we receive from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the USDA Rural Development, we can provide this opportunity to eligible individuals. Open Market Housing at Affordable Rents In addition to our subsidized housing program, we also offer open market housing to all applicants. These units are available at affordable rents, ensuring that individuals from all income levels have access to quality housing. Diverse Programs Managed by HACB At HACB, we administer and/or manage various programs to meet the diverse needs of our community. To find out if any of these programs are suitable for you, we encourage you to visit the programs section on our website. We're here to help you find the housing solution that best fits your circumstances. Contact us or visit our office during our office hours for assistance.
