Affordable Housing for Individuals and Families in Coachella Valley Introduction Coachella Valley Housing Coalition owns and manages public housing low-income apartments in the area. This program aims to provide affordable housing options for individuals and families with moderate incomes. Apartment Units - Total Apartment Units: 50 - Total Low-Income Apartments: 50 - 2 Bedroom Apartments: 10 - 3 Bedroom Apartments: 20 - 4 Bedroom Apartments: 20 Years in Service Coachella Valley Housing Coalition has been providing these housing units since 2014. Family Apartments Family apartments are available through this program. Income Eligibility To qualify for this affordable housing program, your total household gross income must be below the pre-set income limit for the area. Eligibility and maximum income restrictions apply. Rental Assistance Rental assistance may be available for qualified individuals and families. To inquire about income limits, current rental rates, and subsidy programs, please contact the property manager. Waiting Lists It is important to note that most low-income apartments have waiting lists. The waiting lists for some of these apartments can be quite long.
