This development consists of 66 affordable apartments, which are being developed by MidPen Housing. Our goal is to address the financial burden of living and healthcare costs for seniors with fixed incomes. A Program for Individuals and Families with Moderate Incomes Our affordable housing program is designed to assist individuals and families with moderate incomes. Through this program, qualified applicants can benefit from below market rents, thereby easing the financial strain they may face. It is important to note that this program is not a subsidized housing program, and each resident is responsible for their full rent amount each month. Determining Your Eligibility To be eligible for our affordable housing program, your total household gross income must be below the pre-set income limit for the area. Please note that eligibility and maximum income restrictions do apply. If you require rental assistance, we encourage you to inquire with our manager regarding income limits, current rental rates, and any additional information about subsidy programs offered at our property. Joining Waiting Lists Due to high demand, most low-income apartments have waiting lists. It is advisable to add your name to as many waiting lists as possible to maximize your chances of securing an apartment.
