Income eligibility at 40% - 50% of median income or lower. Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for the 44 units at Doug Ford Senior Apartments, applicants must belong to low-income households. Please review the income limits and rent ranges mentioned below. Your household should earn a gross monthly income that is twice the amount of the monthly rent. Preference will be given to individuals currently residing or working in Fremont, Newark, or Union City. We encourage all eligible households to apply.
