Eligibility Criteria for Garden Brook Senior Village Preference Based on Application Date At Garden Brook Senior Village, eligibility for housing is determined based on the order in which applications are received. Preference Categories 1. City of Garden Grove Housing Authority Wait-list Applicants who are currently on the City of Garden Grove Housing Authority wait-list will be given priority consideration for housing at Garden Brook Senior Village. 2. City of Garden Grove Residents and Workers Individuals who both work and reside within the City of Garden Grove will be considered for housing at Garden Brook Senior Village. 3. City of Garden Grove Residents Applicants who reside within the City of Garden Grove, but do not work in the city, will also be considered for housing at Garden Brook Senior Village. 4. Garden Grove Workers Individuals who work in Garden Grove, but reside outside of the city, will be considered for housing at Garden Brook Senior Village. Verification of Eligibility Applicants must provide documentation to verify their eligibility during the application appointment. Note: Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee housing at Garden Brook Senior Village. Placement is subject to availability and demand.
