These apartments include a bathroom with safety features, a full kitchen, spacious closet areas, and individually controlled heating. You'll also enjoy the convenience of carpeting, window treatments, and fire & smoke detectors. Community Activities and Services Our residents have access to a range of activities and services to enhance their quality of life. Howard Training Center, in affiliation with Meals-On-Wheels, provides residents with a nutritious lunch five days a week. To make transportation hassle-free, we offer a resident van, local bus service, taxis, and the community Dial-A-Ride. Weekly bingo games and social events are organized for residents to socialize and bond with their neighbors. Additionally, our onsite Social Service Coordinator is available to attend to their personal needs. Pet-Friendly Environment We understand the importance of furry companions in our residents' lives. Pets are welcomed at Marple Manor, although a deposit and certain size limitations may apply. Additional Building Amenities Marple Manor boasts a range of building amenities for your convenience. These include an onsite laundry room, individual indoor mailboxes, an entry access system, a library, a community room, exercise classes, a billiard room, and elevators. Our onsite management and maintenance staff are always available to assist you. Affordability and Application Process In today's competitive rental market, most apartments have waiting lists.
