Secure and Comfortable Living The safety and well-being of our residents are our top priorities. Our facilities are fully secured with wrought iron fencing and electronically controlled gates. Inside the complex, there is assigned-vehicle parking for enhanced security. Each housing unit has central heat with individual controls, ensuring a comfortable living environment for all. Moreover, an emergency communication system is in place to provide immediate assistance when needed. Laundry rooms are conveniently available, and apartments are wired for cable television. Health and Safety To promote the health and safety of our residents, Eldorado and Mar Vista are smoke-free properties. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. We prioritize the well-being of our residents and aim to provide a healthy living environment for all. Our apartments are classified as Low Income Housing by HUD and are exclusively available to individuals aged 62 or older, who are capable of self-care and meet HUD's income criteria for the area.
