Acquiring and Rehabilitating Homes for Low-Income Individuals and Families Our primary objective is to secure, restore, and develop affordable housing options specifically catered to low-income individuals and families residing in the mid-peninsula area of Santa Clara county and San Mateo county. By acquiring and rehabilitating existing properties, we aim to provide safe and comfortable homes for those in need. 3. Constructing New Affordable Housing Units In addition to rehabilitating existing homes, we also strive to construct new, affordable housing units in the mid-peninsula area. By expanding the availability of affordable housing, we can accommodate even more low-income individuals and families, ensuring they have a place they can call home. 4. Operate and Maintain Housing Units Once acquired, rehabilitated, or constructed, our commitment doesn't end. We take pride in efficiently operating and maintaining these housing units, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for our residents. It is our goal to build thriving communities within these housing options, offering stability and security to our tenants. 5.
