The ground floor of the complex includes live/work commercial space, which includes property management offices, resident case management offices, several commercial spaces, and community amenities such as a common kitchen and tech stations. Additional on-site amenities include a tot lot, barbecue areas, laundry facilities, and educational programs. Eleven units are specifically designated as HOME units, aimed at providing housing for income-qualifying Veterans. Eastgate Apartments are conveniently located within walking distance to local retail establishments and less than one mile away from highway 78.
