Our properties offer Section 8 housing, a HUD-based program designed to assist low-income families, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities. By participating in this program, residents can enjoy maintenance-free living. We provide two types of Section 8 housing, catering to different individuals and families. Eligibility for a Section 8 unit is based on total annual gross income and family size. The family's income must not exceed 50% of the median income for the county or metropolitan area in which they choose to live. Our management office can provide you with the specific income limits for the area and family size. Screening and Application Process During the application process, we screen new applicants for criminal activity, poor tenant history, and poor rent-paying history. We may also consider credit history, including utility bills sent to collections. Additionally, at least one member of the household must be a US citizen or have eligible immigration status as specified by HUD. To ensure the best living conditions, we have established House Rules that apply to all residents and visitors. These rules aim to protect the health, safety, and peaceful enjoyment of the premises for all residents. We are excited to welcome you to our community. Please review the provided documents to determine if Section 8 housing is the right fit for you. This apartment complex accepts HUD subsidies. If you qualify for low-income housing and there are available apartments, rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Contact us for more information or to schedule a tour of our 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartments.
