Providing Housing and Support for Vulnerable Adults and Low-Income Individuals Overview of the Program Our program aims to offer secured housing to disabled and homeless adults, as well as those with very low-income levels. With 51 permanent units available, we strive to create a supportive environment for individuals in need. Assisting Homeless and Disabled Residents While our housing program serves a diverse range of residents, it is especially geared towards homeless and disabled individuals. We believe in providing equal opportunities for all, ensuring that everyone has access to safe and comfortable housing. On-Site Support Services To further assist our residents, we have dedicated on-site case managers who offer various services. These include mental health counseling, job development aid, and referrals to valuable resources within the community. Our goal is to empower individuals and help them rebuild their lives. Community Facilities Within our housing complex, we provide several community spaces to enhance the well-being of our residents. The Dan Hardy Community Room offers a welcoming gathering place, while the Esseff Classroom and More Than Housing Office serve as valuable resources for educational purposes. Additionally, our Housing Central Office is always ready to assist residents with different needs. Support from Many Mansions We are proud to collaborate with Many Mansions to offer on-site supportive services. With their expertise in providing assistance to those in need, we ensure our residents have access to a wide range of support and resources. In conclusion, our program is dedicated to providing secure housing and comprehensive support for vulnerable individuals in our community. By offering a supportive environment and access to various services, we strive to empower our residents and help them overcome challenges they may face.
