Income eligibility is determined by the total household "gross" income, which must be below the pre-set income limit for the area. We have 44 affordable family housing units available, featuring one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. In addition, our community offers 3,700 square feet of neighborhood serving retail space. To increase your chances, we recommend getting on as many waiting lists as possible. Contact Apartments Directly: We provide phone numbers and websites for your convenience. If there are any openings or open waiting lists, please contact the apartments directly. Apartment Rates: The current apartment rates are provided on our listing pages. However, please note that most HUD listings do not have published rates. Instead, they are based on 30% of the renter's adjustable gross income. To determine if you qualify for income-based rent, please contact the apartments directly. We hope this information helps you in your search for affordable housing. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further inquiries.
