Failure to do so will result in a fine of $25.00 per incident. - Pets may not be left unattended or tied on patios, porches, or balconies. - Violation of these policies may lead to cancellation of the pet agreement and potential eviction. - Visiting pets are not allowed on the community grounds without written permission from the community manager. - A photo of your pet is required before move-in. You can either bring a photo or have it taken at the leasing office. Pet Breed & Weight Restrictions: - Maximum of 2 pets per home, with a combined weight not exceeding 80 lbs. - Breed restrictions apply for dogs, with the following breeds/mixes not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff (any breed within bloodlines), Newfoundland, Pit Bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, Siberian Husky, and purebreds or mixes of these breeds under any circumstances. - Written permission from the community manager is required for hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, birds, and all reptiles. - Ferrets or rabbits are not permitted under any circumstances.
