The application process varies for each property, and the property staff will be able to address any inquiries you may have regarding apartment availability, rental rates, income requirements or restrictions, as well as provide an application form.This apartment complex is eligible for HUD subsidies. If you meet the criteria for low-income housing and there are available apartments, the rental rate will be calculated at 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
