Established in 1979, Mystic River Homes is a non-profit organization that offers USDA subsidized housing for the elderly. Our mission is to create a peaceful, secure, and friendly environment for individuals or families with very low to middle income. To qualify as elderly, at least one household member must be 62 years of age or older and/or disabled at any age. Our community consists of four buildings, each offering a variety of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. Every apartment has its own garden and shares a porch with a neighbor.
