53 Apartments Available at River Mill Village, Formerly Three Rows Affordable Housing with Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) In order to provide housing for low-income tenants, River Mill Village offers 20% of their total 53 apartments at reduced rates. The rents for these units are determined based on the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant-based utility allowances. Please note that some utilities are included in the rent.
