The rents are determined based on the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant utility allowances. At least 20% of our apartments are dedicated to providing low rates for low-income tenants. Please note that this program is not a subsidized housing program, and each resident is responsible for their full rent. Income Eligibility To qualify for these below-market rents, your total household 'gross' income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.
