Adjacent to Pablo Towers is the versatile Strange Hall, which is available for various social, cultural, recreational, and meeting purposes. The meeting room can accommodate up to 160 guests and features a raised stage suitable for events and speakers. It also provides a boardroom, kitchen, and restrooms. - Exciting Activities Year-Round: Join us for a range of exciting activities throughout the year, including holiday parties, weekly devotions, monthly birthday celebrations, bread giveaways, exercise classes, art classes, line dancing, and bingo. - Eligibility: To qualify for an apartment at Pablo Towers, you should be single and over 62 years of age, a married couple with at least one spouse over 62 years of age, or two males or two females with at least one person over 62 years of age. Please note that our employees are not licensed or trained to provide meal service, physical or medical care. - Reasonable Cost: Our rental agreements are month-to-month, with the first month's rent and security deposit paid in advance. Security deposits are equal to one month's rent. Rent includes electricity, water, heat, air conditioning, range/oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and carpeting throughout the apartment (except the kitchen area and bathrooms). For residents receiving HUD subsidy, rent is calculated based on 30% of their annual adjusted income within federal limitations. Completed applications should be returned by U.S. mail to Pablo Towers, 115 South Third Street, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250. All applications will be placed on a waiting list, and open units will be assigned based on preferences and application date. False or fraudulent statements on applications are subject to penalties according to Title 18, Section 1001 of the U.S. Code. - HUD Subsidies Accepted: We are proud to offer HUD subsidized apartments. If you qualify for low-income housing and we have available units, rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
