This program provides tax credits to landlords who rent to low-income tenants, allowing us to offer reduced rates based on the average income and utility costs in the area. Eligible tenants can enjoy these reduced rates in at least one-fifth of our apartments. Helping Moderate-Income Individuals find Affordable Housing Our program at Summer Cove Apartments caters to individuals with moderate incomes, providing them with housing options that are lower than market rates. However, it's important to note that tenants are responsible for paying the full rent amount. To be eligible for the program, your household income must be below the income limit set for your specific area.
