As part of our commitment to affordable housing, at least 20% of these apartments are available at reduced rates for low-income tenants. We follow the guidelines of Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties, with rents calculated based on the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant-based utility allowances. Apartment Options - One Bedroom (1 bdrm) Apartments: We have 18 cozy one-bedroom apartments that provide comfortable living spaces for individuals or couples. - Two Bedroom (2 bdrm) Apartments: The majority of our apartments, 242 in total, offer spacious two-bedroom layouts, perfect for small families looking for affordable housing. Joining the Waiting Lists Please be aware that most low-income apartments have waiting lists. While we strive to accommodate all interested individuals, it may take some time until you are called for openings. To improve your chances, we recommend signing up for multiple waiting lists.
