The packet includes all necessary forms for the application process, such as the application form, credit consent, police check, consent to release form, sex offender check, and verification of the previous three years of landlord history. Our dedicated staff is available at the rental office to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the application process. Please note that applicants must meet income guidelines and rental criteria to qualify.
