Community Services: To make life easier for our residents, Real Services visits Garden Court West to serve lunch from Monday to Friday at noon in the Community Room. During the festive month of December, Bradley Residential Management delights in hosting a memorable Holiday celebration for our cherished residents. For grocery shopping needs, Martin's Supermarkets and Older Adult Services kindly offer one weekly round-trip transportation service to Martin's. All our living spaces are conveniently located on the ground level and provide ample square footage, ranging from 396 to 484 square feet. The Plymouth Public Library, post office, neighborhood center, and fire department are just a stone's throw away. In case of any medical emergencies, Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center is located only a mile away. Rental Application: To become a resident at Garden Court West, interested applicants are required to complete an application packet. This packet includes the rental application, credit consent, police check, consent to release form, sex offender check, verification of the previous three years of landlord history, and any other relevant documents for the application. Prospective residents must meet the income guidelines and rental criteria established for Garden Court West.
