Application Process: - To apply for one of our apartments owned and/or managed by Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC), please follow these steps: 1. Print out the LHDC Application For Occupancy from our website. 2. Complete and sign the application. 3. Send the application to LHDC Housing Director at the address below. LHDC Housing Director P.O.
