Acceptance of HUD Subsidies We are pleased to inform you that this apartment project accepts HUD subsidies. Low-income individuals who qualify may be eligible for the assistance provided by HUD. Rent Based on Income For those who qualify for low-income housing and apartments are available, rent is calculated based on 30% of the applicant's Adjusted Gross Income. Our aim is to ensure affordable housing options and financial stability for all eligible individuals. Apartment Options In each building, we offer cozy 1-bedroom apartments, carefully designed to cater to the needs of our residents. Additional 2-bedroom apartments are also available at the location.
