Affordable Housing for Adults with Disabilities: No Acceptance of Section 8 Vouchers Unfortunately, at this time, our project-based apartment does not accept Section 8 vouchers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. A Waiting List for Our Exclusive Apartments Due to high demand, we currently have a waiting list for our project-based apartments. We appreciate your patience during this process. Temporarily Closed for New Applications Our apartment complex is temporarily closed for new applications due to the extended wait time. We will notify the public as soon as applications reopen. Single Bedroom Apartments Available Our apartment complex exclusively offers 1-bedroom apartments in each building. These cozy and comfortable living spaces are designed for your convenience and privacy. Eligibility Criteria To qualify for our project-based apartment, one of the eligibility requirements is that the applicant is an adult with an intellectual or developmental disability. We strive to provide a supportive community for individuals with specific needs. Acceptance of HUD Subsidies We gladly accept HUD subsidies for our apartments. If you qualify for low income housing and we have available units, the rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
