Consisting of 24 units, this building was only the second of its kind in Southern New Jersey at the time. Each one-bedroom unit boasts a comfortable living room with an entry closet, a dining area/kitchen, a full bath equipped with a linen closet and a spacious roll-in shower, as well as a bedroom with an additional closet. For individuals seeking studio units, they feature a combined living room/sleeping area with two closets, a kitchen, a full bath with a linen closet, and a large roll-in shower. Furthermore, each unit is equipped with two emergency pull cords that directly connect to 911 services.
