We do this by: - Developing and preserving affordable housing - Providing comprehensive housing education - Assisting communities to meet their legal and ethical housing obligations The Affordable Housing Alliance: With a focus on affordability, we have successfully: - Financed and developed over 380 units across Monmouth County, amounting to a total development cost of over $28 million - Managed a rental portfolio of 362 units in 15 different developments - Collaborated with various municipalities to create low impact rental options as part of their affordable housing plans Initiatives to Support Housing: Underneath our umbrella of services, the Alliance offers support in various ways, including: - Affordable housing development - Housing education programs - Community engagement for fulfilling housing obligations
