A Variety of Apartment Options Our apartments cater to the unique needs of our residents. We provide 42 studio apartments (500 square feet) for senior citizens aged 62 and older, as well as 18 one-bedroom apartments (600 square feet) for couples in the same age group. Each apartment is designed to foster a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. Community Amenities In addition to our high-quality apartments, we offer various amenities for our residents. Our community room serves as a gathering place for social events and private parties. We also provide a laundry area that is both convenient and economical for our tenants. Furthermore, a large and spacious backyard allows residents to relax outdoors and enjoy the fresh air, complete with a barbecue grill and picnic table for outdoor living.
