With a total of 188 apartments available, these residences are exclusively open to qualified applicants. Qualification Criteria: To be deemed qualified for these apartments, applicants must meet the following requirements: 1. Citizenship or Eligibility: The head of household must either be a citizen or an eligible non-citizen, ensuring legal residency. 2. Income Limitations: Annual income during admission should not exceed the strict low-income limits specified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These specific limits are posted separately in the PHA offices. 3. Affordable Housing Opportunities: Thanks to the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, the PHAs can also accept families whose income falls within the low-income limit (80% of the median area income).
