Creating a Welcoming Home for Handicapped Residents The Challenge New Mexico Group Home is a unique apartment complex specially designed to cater to the housing needs of low-income handicapped residents. With a focus on creating a supportive environment, our housing facility aims to foster independence and enhance the overall well-being of its occupants. Support from Housing and Urban Development Division In order to ensure the affordability of our housing apartments, the Challenge New Mexico Group Home has been subsidized by the esteemed Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Division. This dedicated support allows us to provide housing options that are both accessible and affordable for our residents. Section 8 Low Income Housing Assistance At Challenge New Mexico Group Home, we believe that everyone should have access to safe and secure housing. As a result, we offer Section 8 Low Income Housing Assistance to eligible individuals upon request. This program assists in potentially lowering the rent burden for qualifying residents, making our apartments even more affordable. By focusing on equine therapy and providing supportive housing, Challenge New Mexico aims to positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities, promoting independence, confidence, and an improved quality of life.
