Income Qualifications: - Proof of income is required during the application process. - Annual income should not exceed $24,550 for the upcoming 12 months. - The maximum monthly rent fee is set at $400. Eligibility Criteria: - Prospective tenants must participate in a housing orientation before applying. - Completion of application and submission of necessary documents. - A signed agreement by the applicant is mandatory to proceed with lease formalities. - Applicants must provide a security deposit and pay rent in advance.
