Gateways Program: Supporting Individuals and Families in Need The Gateways Program is dedicated to delivering essential community living, case management, and residential support services to vulnerable individuals and families. These services are specifically designed to assist those who are at risk due to mental illness, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, or homelessness. Our program offers a wide range of housing options, ensuring that each individual's unique needs are adequately met. Continuum of Housing Options: Tailored to Your Needs Our program understands that different individuals require different levels of care and support. That's why we provide a continuum of housing options to cater to each person's specific requirements. From residences with 24-hour supervision and intensive case management to our supported housing program, which offers subsidized independent housing alongside dedicated case management and support services. We strive to create a safe and empowering environment where individuals can thrive. Project SHARE: Empowering Young Adults in Need Project SHARE is a transitional housing program established to address the specific needs of young adults between the ages of 18-25 who have experienced homelessness and have also been a part of the foster care system. This program offers up to two years of rental assistance and supportive services. Participants should possess the necessary skills to live independently while receiving some case management support. Our goal is to equip these individuals with the tools and resources they need to flourish in their communities. Residential Stabilization Program: Creating Second Chances The Residential Stabilization Program offers a comprehensive and solution-based approach to individuals exiting the prison system and transitioning back into the community. With a focus on stability and guidance, this 90-day transitional housing program aims to assist individuals in avoiding new crimes and rebuilding their lives. Our dedicated team is committed to providing the necessary support and resources to ensure a successful and fulfilling reintegration process.
