Accessible Housing Development for Physically Disabled Individuals and their Families Overview: Our housing development offers a range of one- to three-bedroom units designed specifically for physically handicapped residents and their families. Government funds are directly provided to the apartment owner, enabling us to offer lower rent to individuals with low income. Additionally, this apartment is open to elderly applicants who are not disabled in the event that there are no eligible applicants requiring the specific unit type. Eligibility: To be eligible for our housing development, individuals must be 18 years or older and have a mobility impairment. However, if there are no disabled applicants or families in need of a unit, we are able to consider non-disabled elderly applicants as well. Rent Information: We offer subsidized government low income rates for our senior housing apartments. Rent is based on 30% of the individual's Adjusted Gross Income. Please note that availability of apartments may vary, so it is recommended to call our office for more information on the specific units currently available. Contact Information: For further details about our housing development, low rent options, and subsidized government rates, please contact us at 716-665-8197. Our staff will be happy to assist you and provide you with all the necessary information. Additionally, please note that we accept HUD subsidies for those who qualify for low income housing.
