Tailored Services for Independent Living At Meadow Vistas, our focus is on independent living. While MAHO does not offer additional services such as meals, transportation, personal care, emergency response, shopping assistance, housekeeping, or furnishings, tenants have the freedom to arrange these services according to their needs. Whether you prefer to handle these tasks independently or with assistance, the choice is yours. Verification of Physical Mobility Disability To ensure the accessibility of our community, we require a verification of physical mobility disability as part of our application process. We are committed to providing a comfortable and inclusive environment for all our residents. Affordable Housing with HUD Subsidies Rent at Meadow Vistas is subsidized through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Qualifying applicants with low income can benefit from our subsidized rent program, which is based on only 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
