The former is set at 50 percent of the area median income, while the latter is set at 30 percent. To ensure inclusion, at least 40 percent of our units are rented to applicants meeting the "extremely low" income limit. We process applications on a "first received/first reviewed" basis, without any required application fees. Upon moving in, residents are interviewed within a week to identify any special needs or services required.
