Features and Amenities The first floor of Pine Tree Vistas presents a welcoming lobby, a community room perfect for gathering and socializing, and convenient laundry facilities. Each floor also includes a dedicated trash room for easy disposal. Independent Living Designed for independent living, Pine Tree Vistas does not provide meals, transportation, personal care services, emergency response services, shopping assistance, housekeeping support, or furnishings. It is the tenant's responsibility, with or without assistance, to arrange and obtain these necessary services. Physical Mobility Verification To ensure the community remains accessible to those who truly need it, our application process includes a verification of physical mobility disability. Our dedicated team is ready to guide you through this process. Rent Subsidies and Income Limits Pine Tree Vistas offers subsidized rent through the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) program.
