Available Floor Plans Choose between our 2 Bedroom/1.5 Townhome Suite, offering 964 square feet of living space, or our 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Townhome Suite, with 1210 square feet. The rent for the 2-bedroom option is currently set at $690, while the 3-bedroom option is priced at $795. The deposit is equal to the rental amount.
