Low Rent Public Housing - HACC owns and maintains 545 units of public housing throughout the County. - Housing options range from single family homes to multi-family apartments. - Housing parks include Oregon City View Manor (100 units), Clackamas Heights (99 units), and Hillside Park in Milwaukie (100 units). - Hillside Manor is exclusively for the elderly and persons with disabilities. - Rent is set at not less than 30% of the tenant's annual adjusted income. 2. Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) - HACC operates a waiting list for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. - Once your name reaches the top of the list, you will be invited for an interview and screened for eligibility. - Rent is set at not less than 30% of the tenant's annual adjusted income. - Unfortunately, the wait lists for Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program are currently closed. Farm Labor Housing Complex - HACC owns and operates Arbor Terrace Apartments (24 units). - Rent is determined based on income eligibility. 3. Federal Programs for Resident Self-Sufficiency Application Process and Qualifications - Household's total annual gross income must be under the program's income limits. - Income Limits can be viewed on HACC's website. - Waiting time for available units varies from 18 to 24 months. - Application priority is based on the date and time of receipt and unit size needs.
