Our dedicated case management staff is here to assist you in accessing the necessary services and help you achieve self-sufficiency. Transitional Housing Program: Assisting Families in Education and Job Readiness In addition to our shelter programs, we also offer a transitional housing program. This program aims to support families in their journey towards education and job readiness. We provide rent subsidies to alleviate the financial burden during this critical time. The duration of the program varies between six months to two years, depending on the length of the education program you are enrolled in. Our program is co-sponsored with the Bucks County Children and Youth Social Service Agency to ensure comprehensive support for you and your family. Office Hours: Convenient and Accessible Our offices are open from Monday to Friday, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our clients. Our dedicated staff is available to assist you from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing the support, guidance, and resources you need. Security Deposit for Shelter: Flexible Options To secure a place in our shelter programs, a security deposit may be required. We understand that financial circumstances may vary, so we are open to negotiation and finding a suitable solution for you. Rent Subsidies for Transitional/Bridge Housing Program For families enrolled in our transitional/bridge housing program, rent subsidies are available based on your income. We aim to alleviate the financial burden and support you during this transitional phase, so you can focus on your education and job readiness.
