Those who fall into this category are encouraged to apply for residency. Admission Requirements To be eligible for residency at Midtowne Apartments, applicants must be 62 years of age or older. In the case of a married couple, either spouse must meet the age requirement. Additionally, individuals with disabilities as identified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) may also be eligible. Income must fall within the limits established by HUD. Monthly Rentals Rentals at Midtowne Apartments are based on 30% of the tenant's monthly income. EEI follows HUD regulations regarding rent subsidies for eligible tenants. Appliances: Each apartment is equipped with an electric range and refrigerator. 4. Off-Street Parking: Convenient off-street parking is provided. 5. Laundry Facilities: Coin-operated laundry facilities are accessible to all residents. 8. Safety Measures: A fire sprinkler system and fire and smoke detectors ensure residents' well-being. 9.
