Office Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Affordable Housing Programs: Our housing assistance programs cater to both low and moderate-income families. We provide opportunities for home ownership and offer housing rehabilitation services with a focus on affordability. Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for our programs, several criteria need to be met. These include having an income that is appropriate for the size of your family, a positive rental history for the past 12 months, and an application fee of $10. Additionally, if you have filed for bankruptcy, there is a two-year waiting period before you can apply. Application Process: Once you submit your application, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed. During this time, we will carefully review your information and determine your eligibility for our housing assistance programs.
