Comfortable Living Spaces and Amenities - The floor plans of our independent living units range from approximately 550 to 575 sq. feet, ensuring ample living space for our residents. - Each unit is thoughtfully designed to include hot water heating, showers with built-in stools for added safety, and cozy carpeting in the living room and bedrooms. - Standard size refrigerators and air conditioners are provided to enhance our residents' comfort. - Parking is conveniently included, providing easy access for residents and their visitors. Affordable and Inclusive Pricing - Our complex follows an adjusted income-based payment system, ensuring affordability for our residents. - Residents pay only 30% of their adjusted income, which covers all utilities, excluding telephone and cable expenses. - Additional fees apply for a deep freeze and car plug-in. - We understand the importance of companionship, and therefore, allow pets with an additional deposit.
