Rental Application and Details - To apply for housing, simply fill out our convenient online Rental Application or Contact Us for further assistance. - A security deposit is required, but there is no application fee. - Rent rates are based on income or full market rate, depending on eligibility level. Unit Amenities - Our community offers 80 one-bedroom apartments with various amenities. - Utilities, including electric, heat, water, garbage, and sewer, are all included. - Each unit features air conditioning, a breakfast bar, carpeting, central heat, deadbolt locks, wireless internet, ample closet space, mini-blinds, and pantry space. - For added security, there is a security monitor in place. Facility Amenities - Our senior and disabled housing community provides various amenities for residents. - In addition to the one-bedroom apartments, we offer barrier-free accessible units as well. - Appliances are furnished, and laundry facilities are conveniently available. - We have a media center with internet connection, elevators, controlled building access, and a large community room with a kitchen. - Parking spaces are provided, and we are located opposite the Center of Active Generations. - For convenience, we offer a weekly grocery shuttle bus and are on the city transit bus route. - Our onsite amenities also include a loaner library, media lab, site manager, a 24-hour maintenance department, and the option for electronic payments. - We provide lawn care, snow removal, and easy access to public transportation. Lease Information - Income guidelines and limits apply, and rental assistance is available for those who qualify. - We accept housing vouchers, including tax credit and HUD Section 8. - To inquire about leasing, please ensure you meet the age requirement (62 or older) or have a disability. Pet Information - We are pet-friendly, welcoming small dogs and cats to join our community. - A pet deposit is required, and details can be obtained by filling out our Rental Application or contacting our team. - No additional pet rent is charged.
