Affordable Living - Multiple Options Available for Qualified Individuals Income-Based and Tax Credit/Low Income Floor Plans At our senior independent living community, we offer two different floor plans based on income, as well as a specific floor plan for tax credit/low income individuals. To determine eligibility for residency at our Housing Tax Credit property, households must meet specific acceptance criteria, including credit, criminal background, and income. We kindly request that all household members provide information regarding income, family size, and financial assets, which will be verified by a third party. To qualify for residency, a household must meet all acceptance criteria and have an annual income below the Maximum Income Limit, set annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. These include an activity room, business center, courtyard, elevator, and on-site maintenance services. Our apartments feature air conditioning, cable readiness, electronic thermostats, hardwood floors, and inclusive utilities. Pet-Friendly Policy We understand the importance of pets in our residents' lives. Therefore, we allow up to two cats or dogs per unit, with a deposit of $200. Please note that aggressive breeds are not permitted. Affordable Rent and Convenience For households that meet the acceptance criteria and have an annual income below the Maximum Income Limit, our rent charges are significantly lower than those of comparable size and features in the conventional market rate apartment sector.
