To qualify for residency at Rio Concho Manor, residents must be at least 62 years old and meet the requirements outlined in our lease agreement. Each unit features spacious walk-in closets, refrigerators, apartment-sized stoves, and plush carpeting. The inclusion of mini-blinds ensures privacy while letting in natural light. We understand that utility costs can add up, so we have made it easy for you by including all utilities, except telephone, in the rental price.
