With a total of 27 studio and three 1-bedroom units, our apartments provide the perfect blend of comfort, affordability, and sustainability. Our building has been thoughtfully designed to incorporate solar energy, effectively reducing power consumption and lowering tenant utility costs. By choosing The Ritz, you are making a conscious choice to support green living practices. An Inclusive Community: We believe in providing accommodation options that cater to the diverse needs of our residents. With three set-aside units for homeless individuals, three set-aside units for individuals with developmental delays, and three set-aside units under the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program, we ensure an inclusive and supportive living environment for all. Waiting List and Rent: At The Ritz Apartments, we understand the importance of efficient and affordable housing. Our waiting list is consistently maintained at less than 6 months to ensure prompt availability for those interested. Please note that monthly rent information is not available at this time.
