Mental Health History: Must have a documented history of serious and persistent mental illness. Note: Pathways does not accept individuals who display behaviors that may endanger the community, other residents, or themselves. Referrals Accepted from Various Sources Prospective residents, their families, and professionals at mental health agencies, as well as private and government institutions, are welcome to make referrals to Pathway Homes. Low Rent Disabled Housing with Government Subsidies This apartment complex receives direct funds from the government, enabling them to offer affordable housing options to low-income individuals. Rent rates are specifically designed to accommodate the financial constraints of those in need. HUD Subsidized Apartments - Qualifications and Rent Rates If you meet the criteria for low-income housing and there are apartments available, you may be eligible for HUD subsidies.
